2. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of artworks in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A contract is concluded once the order confirmation has been sent by email.

3. Artworks

All artworks offered are handmade original one-of-a-kind pieces.
Minor variations in color, texture or appearance are inherent characteristics of original art and do not constitute defects.
Colors may vary due to different screen displays and lighting conditions.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices include applicable VAT (if required by law) and exclude shipping costs.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are stated on the respective product pages.

6. Retention of Title

The artwork remains the property of Denise Thiemke until full payment has been received.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body or health.

8. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

9. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

10. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you has received the artwork.

12. Consequences of Withdrawal

You bear the direct costs of returning the artwork.
The artwork must be returned undamaged, unused and carefully packaged.

Important Note:
As all artworks are handmade original pieces, minor variations in color, form or texture do not constitute grounds for return.

15. Certificate of Authenticity

Each artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming its originality.
The certificate is issued by the artist, Denise Thiemke, and is valid only in connection with the original artwork.
